Message from the Chairperson

It is with great pride and honour the organizing committee of iRuFARS 2025 announces the 3rd International Research Symposium of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka. This symposium is scheduled to be held on the 6th and 7th of August 2025, under the theme “Combating Healthcare Challenges Through Research and Innovation.” The primary aim of this symposium is to provide a forum for the researchers to disseminate their research findings while fostering an environment where the students can gain exposure to a global arena of research and innovation. Our faculty is proudly hosting this symposium for the 8th consecutive year, and the organizing committee warmly invites you all to be a part of this momentous event, which brings together insights from global experts, researchers, and practitioners, fostering collaboration and advancing knowledge in the field of Health Sciences.
