Grievance Committee of the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences was established in accordance with the Dean’s recommendation in the year of 2019. The Grievance Committee of the Faculty is recognized with an aim to provide easy and readily accessible procedure for prompt disposal of the day to day genuine grievances of the students to maintain a congenial atmosphere. Any student with a genuine cause of distress may submit his/her grievance in writing to the Chairperson, Faculty Grievance Committee, Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, University of
Any student with a genuine grievance may approach the Grievance Committee to submit his/her grievance in writing or through the online complaint/ grievance reporting system at www.ahs.ruh.ac.lk/ahs/GCRS/ The written grievances should be addressed to the Chairperson, Faculty Grievance Committee, Faculty of AHS, University of Ruhuna in a sealed envelope. It should be handed-over to AR office of the Faculty of AHS.
All the grievances of the students of Faculty which could not be settled in the routine process should be referred to this committee. The written grievance can be submitted to the Grievance Committee either directly or can be forwarded through Head of the Department and Dean, FAHS.
Grievances received will be addressed systematically with active involvement and cooperation of the Grievance Committee members appointed by the Board of the Faculty of AHS annually.
